Nothing on the website constitutes a binding offer, final quotation, contractual commitment or acceptance by Top Knits. Top Knits is bound only after Top Knits has issued a final written quote, the client has accepted that final quote in writing, and the required 50% deposit has been paid.

Any estimate, indicative pricing, provisional quotation, online total, product designer output, exchange by email, WhatsApp or other communication prior to final quote acceptance is non-binding unless expressly confirmed as final by Top Knits.

Even where Top Knits provides pricing guidance or estimated timing, such information remains subject to confirmation based on the final specifications, quantities, complexity, branding requirements, materials, availability, shipping method and destination.

4. Price list and product designer disclaimer

Any price list, guide price, website price, unit price, estimated total, or product designer output shown on the website is indicative only.

5. Lead times and delivery times

Any production lead time, estimated dispatch date or delivery time stated on the website or otherwise communicated by Top Knits is indicative only, although Top Knits aims to match those timings as precisely as possible.

Actual production and delivery timing may vary due to approvals, order complexity, material availability, production scheduling, shipping arrangements, customs processes, force majeure, carrier delays or other factors outside our reasonable control.

6. Shipping, pickup and destination charges

Orders are shipped from Mauritius. Import duties, VAT, sales tax, customs clearance charges and other destination-country charges are borne by the client unless Top Knits expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

In addition to shipping, pickup at the Top Knits factory is available at no extra cost.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top Knits does not warrant that website content is complete, exhaustive, continuously available or error-free.
